How to Order Shoes

While you can shop the Tops online inventory, you’ll notice we don’t use an online shopping cart for purchasing shoes. At Tops we prefer to fit your shoes in person, because we believe we can better serve you if we know you. It’s the best way to ensure a perfect match.

However, when we aren’t able to serve you in person, you can still order shoes from Tops by calling us. We’ll do our best to make sure you’re ordering the perfect shoe. Here’s how:

• To order, call toll-free at 1-888-644-TOPS (8677).
• Let the operator know you are interested in placing an order from the website.
• If you have questions about something you don’t see on our website, request we direct your call to the appropriate department: Ladies' Shoes, Men's Shoes, Ladies' Athletics, or Children’s shoes.
• Be prepared to give your credit card information. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
• We charge 6.75% NC state tax for orders shipped to third parties. This applies to all out-of-state purchases shipped to people other than the purchaser regardless of state of residence.
