Our employees strive to make sure each shoe gives you a perfect fit. In fact, if we don’t think a shoe works for you, we say it. However, if you need to return shoes to Tops after the sale, please observe these guidelines:
You have 30 days to return your shoes after purchase for a full refund.
All returns must be in new, unworn condition. We will refuse worn shoes, unless they are defective.
Please save your shipping container and shoe box until you determine you have a good fit, so you can return items in their original packing.
