I had to write to tell you what an absolute joy it was to shop at Tops. It has been years since a shoe store employee has taken a personal interest in my shopping, tried the shoe on me and didn't just drop a box of shoes beside me. I had such an experience Friday June 17 in the Ladies' Athletic shoes department. All the employees in the store were helpful and courteous, but the lady who helped me was knowledgeable about the product, interested in my need and a very interesting person. I found shopping there a throw-back to another generation of "customer service."
