Tops for shoes will only ship orders within the USA. Orders shipped to third parties must be charged 6.75% NC state tax. This applies to all out of state purchases shipped to people other than the purchaser regardless of state of residence.

RETURN POLICY:

All shoes must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund! All returns must be in new, unworn condition. Worn shoes that are not defective will be refused. Please save your shipping container and shoe box until you determine that you have a good fit and return items in their original packing. Include a copy of your receipt and let us know how we can help further.
