Tops for shoes will only ship orders within the USA We ship via UPS unless you request otherwise. Currently we charge $9.65 for the first item and $1.00 per additional item shipped in the same container. Orders shipped to third parties must be charged 7% NC state tax. This applies to all out of state purchases shipped to people other than the purchaser regardless of state of residence.

STORE HOURS: Mon. through Sat. 10 am to 6 pm (EST) WE ARE OPEN SUNDAYS IN OCTOBER 1-5 PM RETURN POLICY: All shoes must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund! All returns must be in new, unworn condition. Worn shoes that are not defective will be refused. Please save your shipping container and shoe box until you determine that you have a good fit and return items in their original packing.
