Live the sporting life every day and every minute. Athleisure footwear will be featured in virtually every nook and cranny of the footwear industry.
The vulcanized skate look will continue to be a staple. Look for luxe versions and engineered knits.
Perfed and laser-cut booties blur the line between sandals and boot coverage.
Animal prints get the metallic, distressed, and embossed treatments.
Look for printed fur.
The latest looks pair sculpted, chunky heels featuring complimentary patterns and bejeweling on heels too
Pointy-toed, round-toed, platformed, and heeled; mules continue to be a part of the Spring mix. Look for step-on heels that convert a slip-on to a mule.
From sneakers to pumps to booties, engineered knit uppers will give you sleek style and accommodate YOUR foot shape.
YELLOW: from mustard to canary. CORAL: shades of blush to bright.
This uppity trend continues for spring 2019. You’ll see the full range from “flatforms” to sky-high wedges on an elevated base.
From flat to platformed, the rope bottom gears your spring look to balmy, sunny days.
Think Birkenstock. We’ve got an unprecedented selection of classic Birkentstock sandals in great spring colors. You’ll find the footbed interpreted in clogs and platforms from other designers too.
Whatever trend you love for warm weather this year, you’ll find a slide version.

Yes we do! Tops for Shoes stocks shoes in specialty widths and seeks out the vendors who make them. Our staff will inform you which shoes are made in your size, help you make the right selection and ensure a proper fit.
Shoe trees DO extend the life span of your shoes! Shoe trees not only uphold the structural integrity and shape of your shoes, the cedar used to construct them keeps your shoes smelling and looking good by extracting moisture.
Wear your new shoes around the house for a couple days to ensure the right fit. Once you hit the streets, don’t wear your new shoes everyday. Wear your shoes in gradually.
It’s a common misconception that your feet stop changing once you reach adolescence and mature. The truth is, your feet never stop changing. Over time your feet go through various transformations based on your health, lifestyle, pregnancies, injury and age. It’s a good idea to have your feet measured every time you go to buy a new pair of shoes. Tops for Shoes staff will gladly measure your feet to ensure a proper fit.
1) Use shoe trees to keep your shoes smelling and looking good.
2) Polish your shoes at least once a month.
3) Apply a water and stain repellent to your shoes before wearing them.
4) Re-sole your leather bottom shoes as needed. But don’t wait too long; too much wear can be irreparable!
5) Nubuck and suede leathers should be cleaned with a proper Nubuck and suede cleaning kit, which consists of a cleaning bar and brush. Do not apply shoe polish to Nubuck or suede, or you will ruin your shoes!
6) Clean oiled leathers with Saddle Soap or Oiled Leather Restorers.
Not only do all shoe brands fit differently, shoes within each brand fit differently! The best way to determine the right fit is to try on the shoes. Shoes are built on different shoe lasts - the 360° models of the foot used to create each shoe - and shoe lasts can be narrow, slim, wide, deep or shallow. Tops for Shoes staff will ensure we find the right brand and shoe last for you.
