Shipping Charges:

• $12.50 for the first pair plus $2.50 per additional pair in the same shipment.
• Oversized shoe boxes: $16 
• Exchanges: $12.50 to ship exchanged pair of shoes.
• Free shipping on orders over $200

Refund policy

Our employees strive to make sure each shoe gives you a perfect fit. In fact, if we don’t think a shoe works for you, we say it. However, if you need to return shoes to Tops after the sale, please observe these guidelines:

• You have 30 days to return your shoes after purchase for a full refund.
• All returns must be in new, unworn condition. We will refuse worn shoes, unless they are defective.
• Please save your shipping container and shoe box until you determine you have a good fit, so you can return items in their original packing.
• Include the receipt number or (a copy of your receipt)
